More Artists Announced for Dierks Bentley's "Miles and Music for Kids"

Lady Antebellum, Jamey Johnson, Halfway to Hazard, the Warren Brothers and NASCAR’s Kyle Petty will be joining Dierks Bentley, Tim McGraw, and John Rich for the third annual "Miles & Music for Kids" celebrity motorcycle ride and concert in Tennessee.Beginning at a Harley Davidson shop south of Nashville, the ride will travel through the scenic Williamson County and historic downtown Nashville  The motorcycle ride will conclude with a jam session at Riverfront Park in downtown Nashville.“Miles & Music for Kids” has brought in over $250,000 over the past two years with proceeds going to the Monroe Carroll Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. In speaking of the event, Bentley said, “This event has turned into one of the highlights of my year. I can’t think of a better way to spend an October day in Nashville than riding motorcycles in the afternoon and playing guitars and singing with some buddies at sundown. Everyone has been so supportive, and I’m really proud of the money we’ve been able to raise for Vanderbilt over the last few years.”Expect to see Dierks on the cover of USA Weekend’s “Make a Difference Day” issue on Sunday, Oct. 19. Bentley will be featured along with NASCAR’s Kasey Kahne, and the issue will emphasize the work that the two have contributed to building better communities. Also, the issue will highlight three million everyday people who participate in “Make a Difference Day” each year.  “Make a Difference Day” is the nation’s largest day of volunteering, and USA Weekend’s issue is read by more than 23 million people. Tickets for Oct. 25th’s “Miles & Music for Kids” start at $20 and can be purchased through Ticketmaster or on-site.
