Montgomery Gentry Excited About Summer Tour with Kenny Chesney

Montgomery Gentry will be one of the many great acts lined up to open for Kenny Chesney’s Sun City Carnival tour this summer. Other artists that will join Chesney on stage this summer include Lady Antebellum, Sugarland and Miranda Lambert.Montgomery Gentry is particularly excited to be on tour with Chesney again. While being interviewed on the radio show, GAC Nights: Live From Nashville, Troy Gentry said, “We’ve had a history with Kenny in the past, and he’s always been fun to work with. We did one of the tours with him a couple, three or four years back. And we’ve played with him, as far as pickup bands on outside dates and stuff. He’s always been a pleasure to work with. He’s a great dude, and we were flattered to even be asked to be a part of this and to be on it this year with such a great lineup."
