Miranda Lambert In Bar Brawl?

A Tyler, Texas woman alleges Country Music rebel Miranda Lambert assaulted her in a bar as she was simply requesting a picture of Lambert. The incident allegedly occurred Saturday night at the Bootleggers club in Tyler.

According to the Tyler Morning Telegraph, Sheriff Larry Winginton said, "There were not any injuries that I know of. Basically, she said she wanted to get her picture with Miranda and that Miranda pushed or shoved her a couple of times. She said she wanted to file a case against Miranda for assault, but that's all we know at this time." The Tyler newspaper says the victim, Aisha Esbay, told them she approached Lambert to ask for a picture for another friend, but that Lambert told her, "Maybe later." But later, Esbay says the exchange got heated. "I walked back over there to tell Miranda that she shouldn't treat her fans like that and she jumped up and started cussing me saying I was in the VIP section and needed to go back with the other trailer trash," she told the newspaper. Esbay then says Lambert shoved her two times. "I caught myself on the stool and was just like OK, so I turned around and she shoved me two more times as she let the cuss words fly," she said. "I just couldn't believe it." No charges have been placed.
