Country mega stars Lady Antebellum and Miranda Lambert received multiple nods when the 2011 Grammy nominations were announced Wednesday during a televised Grammy nominations concert.

Lady A’s Need You Now, the second best selling album of 2010, earned the group more nominations that any other Country act. Band members Charles Kelley, Dave Haywood and Hillary Scott are nominated in the all-genre categories of Album, Record and Song of the Year, as well as the Country categories Song, Album and Performance by a Duo or Group.

Lambert’s revolutionary year continues, earning five nods herself. Lambert got the most recognition in the Country categories, including one all-genre nomination. The Country gal performed her current single, “Only Prettier” from her album Revolution during the nomination concert.

“I'm so excited to be here representing Country Music for all my peeps,” Lambert told the special's host, LL Cool J.

Zac Brown Band, Dierks Bentley and Jamey Johnson also tallied several Grammy nominations.

Other Country names featured on the ballot include Trace Adkins, The Band Perry, Ty Herndon, Jewel, Little Big Town, David Nail, LeAnn Rimes, Blake Shelton, George Strait, Carrie Underwood, Keith Urban, Chris Young, late legend Johnny Cash and many others.
