Mindy McCready Out of Jail, Again

st1\:*{behavior:url(#ieooui) } Country’s troubled star, Mindy McCready, has once again been released from jail. She was released from the Williamson County Jail in Franklin, Tenn., on Oct. 31 after serving a shortened sentence for a probation violation. McCready surrendered to the police on Sept. 30 after violating her probation from a 2004 conviction for prescription drug fraud. She was sentenced to serve 60 days in jail as part of the punishment for turning in false records in regards to her community service work. Before surrendering herself to police in September, McCready spent time at a substance abuse rehab center in July.
