MerleFest Tickets on Sale Tuesday

The official sale date for the 2009 MerleFest is next Tuesday, Nov. 11, at 2 p.m. EST. Tickets can be purchased at www.merlfest.org or by calling 1-800-343-7857. The bluegrass event is up and running for its 22nd year, with more than 90 music acts performing on 15 different stages.MerleFest 2009 will run from April 23-26 at the Wilkes Community College in Wilkesboro, N.C.  The festival honors the late Eddy Merle Watson and the musical contributions from his father, Doc Watson and the entire Watson family.
