MerleFest Offers Early Bird Tickets

Music fans keeping an eye on their budgets will want to purchase their tickets to MerleFest 2009, presented by Lowe's, before Friday, April 3. That is the last day to purchase 4-day and 3-day tickets at the Early Bird price, representing an average 10 percent discount."During these economic times, all of us at MerleFest want to do whatever we can to allow more fans to attend the festival at a discount price," said festival director Ted Hagaman. "This year, perhaps more than any other, it's important for people to have a little diversion, to relax and enjoy the music and the spirit of the event. That's why we extended our Early Bird deadline until April 3."
