Megan Mullins Helps Nashville Humane Association

Rising country act, Megan Mullins has teamed up with Comcast On Demand and the Nashville Humane Association on a new way to help abandoned animals find a good home.  Beginning today, Megan will appear on public service announcements and an all-new pet segment for On Demand called 'Pet Adoption On Demand.'

Several segments have been filmed, and they feature the available pets in the Nashville area and can be seen on Comcast On Demand.  Interested viewers can easily go to Comcast On Demand, click Get Local, then select Pet Adoptions where viewers can watch individual dog and cat profiles.

The Director of Programs and Services at the Nashville Humane Association, Joy Beach, says, "We are grateful for the support of Comcast in this new project.  Not only does this wonderful new program raise awareness for the Nashville Humane Association, but it gives us an ideal medium through which to showcase our adoptable pets, promote the humane treatment of animals, and connect with potential adopters."
