Mindy McCready "Still Here" in Jail

6/27/2008 Katie Ball Country Music singer Mindy McCready just can’t seem to stay out of trouble. After serving roughly three months in jail in 2007, McCready was arrested again Monday afternoon for violating her probation. She is accused of falsifying a community service report by putting that she worked more than hours than she really did. Two hours after being booked, McCready posted her $5000 bond and exited the Williamson County Jail one more time. This comes after a long line of problems the Country Music singer has faced the past few years. McCready was initially arrested in 2004 for prescription drug fraud and has been in trouble with the law since then. She was questioned by the FBI this past May about Roger Clemens alleged use of performance-enhancing drugs. McCready was also arrested last year for violating her probation after resisting arrest following a fight with her mother in Florida. On a positive note, McCready recently performed at the CMA Music Festival and has a new single titled “I’m Still Here.”
