Mindy McCready Released from Jail

12/31/2007 Stephen L. Betts Mindy McCready, who was sentenced in September for violating probation from a 2004 drug arrest, was released from the Williamson County (TN) jail on Sunday morning (12/30). The violation occurred in July when Mindy, 32, was accused of scuffling with her mother and resisting arrest at her mother's home in Fort Myers, Fla. She still must serve two years' probation.
