Luke Bryan can add another line to his always growing resume. The rising country star appears on the cover of Nashville Lifestyles this month, just in time for their annual “Hot List” issue. In the article, Luke discusses his booming music career as well as what he loves about Nashville. He particularly expresses excitement about his upcoming album, Tailgates and Tanlines, which will be released August 9.

Luke’s career took off after the release of his first album, Doin’ My Thing, which included three smash-hit singles: “Rain Is A Good Thing,” “Do I,” and “Someone Else Calling You Baby.” Tailgates and Tanlines already looks poised to surpass the success of his debut album, considering how quickly his first single, “Country Girl (Shake It For Me)” rose to the top of the charts. He performed the song live on the CMT Awards in June and received rave reviews from fans and critics alike.

Currently on the road with Tim McGraw’s Emotional Traffic tour, Luke will be headlining his own Tailgates and Tanlines tour this fall. Dates and cities will be announced soon. For more information, please visit www.lukebryan.com.
