Loveless Cafe to Appear at Food Network's Southern Food & Wine Festival

The Loveless Cafe will be participating in the first-ever Food Network Southern Food & Wine Festival at Gaylord Opryland Resort in Nashville this weekend. 

Carol Fay (aka the Biscuit Lady) will be joined by Jesse Goldstein for cooking demonstrations on Saturday, Aug. 1, at 11 a.m and Sunday, Aug. 2, at 1 p.m.

The entertaining pair will be covering the basics of Southern cooking with recipes that use Loveless Hams & Jams items.

"I'll show folks how I make biscuits and preserves,” said Carol Fay, “but they won't get the recipe for my biscuits...that's a secret!”

The Cafe will also have a booth at the festival all weekend with free samples and daily giveaways.
