4/29/2008 Lisa Ann Schleipfer Country Music Group Little Big Town is hosting the Nashville edition of the Ride For A Cure motorcycle ride on Sunday, June 8, 2008 in Nashville. Proceeds will benefit the T.J. Martell Foundation, a national non-profit that supports leukemia, cancer and AIDS research. The ride kicks off at the Harley-Davidson of Cool Springs and ends at the future location of Harley-Davidson of Columbia. A post-ride Applebees-provided barbeque will be followed by a special jam session with Little Big Town. "We are excited to be involved with the Ride For A Cure to help raise vital research dollars for the T.J. Martell Foundation," said Karen Fairchild of Little Big Town in a press release Monday. "Folks will be able to come out and ride, have a great lunch and enjoy a fun show.  It is a great way for everyone involved to make a difference." Riders can purchase a VIP package that includes a meet and greet with Little Big Town. Non-riders also can purchase tickets to attend the event. Additional special guests participating in the ride include Country Music stars Darryl Worley, Lonestar, Gary Chapman, GAC’'s Storme Warren, Heidi Newfield, Bo Bice, Jennifer Hansen, Mark Nestler, Trent Tomlinson, Ira Dean, Keith Anderson, Chuck Wicks, Jeff Allen, Charles Kelly of Lady Antebellum, James Otto, Christian Kane and more.
