The Little Big Town Comeback

/1/2008 Lisa Ann Schleipfer GAC is reporting that Little Big Town will hit the touring circuit on its own this summer.  The  Country Music group is planning to release another single from their current album, A Place To Land, with songs like “Vapor” and “Fine Line” as leading contenders. The Country quartet owes much of its success to long stretches on the road, especially after the dissolution of their first recording contract.  For Little Big Town, touring meant playing shows that were not necessarily paying the bills, but it also meant having the opportunity to open for Country Music greats such as Martina McBride, Alan Jackson and George Strait. The band signed with Country Music label Equity Music Group, releasing The Road To Here in 2005 and following that up with their third studio album, the aforementioned A Place To Land.
