After having surgery on Jan. 13 to remove blood accumulated on his brain, Little Jimmy Dickens is back and scheduled to host Friday's Grand Ole Opry at the Ryman Auditorium, according to GACtv.com.One week after surgery, the 88-year-old was transferred to a rehabilitation center and was released home earlier this month. Also scheduled to appear on the Opry stage on Friday are Diamond Rio, Lee Greenwood, Ricky Skaggs, Marty Stuart and actor Jack Black.  Read Webb's Woof for comments on this story and more!
