In their 4th annual Ride For The Cure event in Nashville this past weekend, Country Music group Little Big Town and fans raised more than $55,000 for the T.J. Martell Foundation. The event included a motorcycle ride from the Tin Roof in Nashville to the Harley-Davidson Superstore in Columbia, Tenn., along with pre-ride and post-ride music performances.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the T.J. Martell Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting research for leukemia, cancer and AIDS at hospitals across the U.S., including the Frances Williams Preston Laboratories at the Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center.

"We are thrilled with the turn out for this year's Ride for the Cure," exclaimed Little Big Town's Karen Fairchild. "It was our biggest ride yet! The T.J. Martell Foundation is close to all of our hearts, and we are so lucky to be able to support such an amazing cause so we can find a cure."

Participants were treated to performances by Brett Eldridge, Randy Montana, Cali Rodi, Little Big Town, Luke Bryan, Randy Houser, Josh Thompson, and The Band Perry. The event also included an auction of items from Country Music stars Zac Brown Band, Keith Urban, Jamey Johnson, Lady Antebellum, Eric Church and others.

Little Big Town offered up hand-written and autographed lyrics to "Little White Church," and band member Kimberly Schlapman and her husband donated Tennessee Titan's football tickets.
