Lee Greenwood to Serve on Arts Council

Lee Greenwood Lee Greenwood, most famous for his song "God Bless the U.S.A.," will be doing his part to help America in the coming years.Greenwood has been appointed by President Bush as part of the National Endowment for the Arts council. His six-year term will include duties such as advising the NEA chairman and making decisions on the allotment for grants."My appointment to the council is a great opportunity for me to be involved in searching out the best art in our American culture and to lend a hand to help develop talented artists and artistic programs that would otherwise go unnoticed," Greenwood said.
