Lady Antebellum Set For Sold Out London Show

Lady Antebellum will play a sold-out, headlining show at London’s legendary Shepherd’s Bush Empire on Wednesday, Aug. 11.
 
The Grammy Award winning group’s single, “Need You Now,” is No. 1 on charts in Mexico, New Zealand, Switzerland and Brazil and top five in more than 20 countries, including France, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Finland, Norway and Israel.
 
“We’ve been looking forward to going to the UK all summer,” said Lady Antebellum vocalist Hillary Scott. “I wish we are able to say a little longer and travel around, but this will at least be a great introduction for us to the new fans and friends we are making over there.”
 
The group’s second album, Need You Know, gained 2.5 million sales in the U.S., surpassed Gold status in New Zealand and climbed to the Top 10 on charts in the UK, Ireland, Holland, Japan, New Zealand and South Africa.
 
Lady A will be back in the United States on Aug. 13 to perform at the Illinois State Fair in Springfield, Ill., and will be live from Central Park on Aug. 27 during Good Morning America.
