Lady Antebellum Nabs Two Grammy Nods

Country Music trio Lady Antebellum received two Grammy nominations Wednesday for their hit single, "I Run To You," including Best Country Performance by a Duo or Group With Vocals and Best Country Song.

"We're already busting at the seams with excitement about the new album…adding the Grammy's in that same week is crazy," said Hillary Scott. The group's sophomore album, Need You Now, is due in stores on Jan. 26, the same week  theGrammy Awards will air live from Los Angeles.

"I Run To You" hit in the top five last week, making Lady A the third Country act to appear in the Hot 100s Top 10 within the past 10 years.

The 52nd annual Grammy Awards will air live on Jan. 31 from the Staples Center, and will air on CBS.
