Kix Brooks Tops House Chart

The Nashville City Paper reported that Kix and his wife Barbara recently purchased a new home on the outskirts of Nashville. The mansion cost $5.45 million, making it the most expensive house sale in Nashville this year or 2007. The three-story, 13,000 square-foot home has four bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a wood and steel staircase, a wine cellar and a pool with a 45 foot waterfall attached.  It rests deep in the woods of the secluded Forest Hills section of Nashville.
