Kid Rock, Lynyrd Skynyrd Planning Summer Tour

Following an excellent 2008, Kid Rock and Lynyrd Skynyrd will once again be teaming up for a nationwide tour, reported CMT.com.  The Rock and Rebels Tour will kick off in Palm Beach on June 26 and hit another 20 cities before ending in New York City on August 2.
Lynyrd Skynyrd founding member Gary Rossington and vocalist Johnny Van Zant are currently recording a new project in Nashville, scheduled to be released later this year.
