11/2/2007 Stephen L. Betts   The numbers just keep adding up for Kenny Chesney. His current single, “Don't Blink” remains at No. 1 on the country chart for a third straight week, and his 2007 Flip Flop Summer Tour played to 1,215,733 fans across the country this year. With an average ticket price of just $61.82, the tour still managed to gross nearly $75 million. “I know I've said it before but I really do try to make sure that the people who wanna come out and party with us can,” says Kenny. “Whether it means taking on the extra overhead of going into a stadium - with all that entails - or just keeping the ticket prices as reasonable as possible, if people wanna come get crazy with us, I want to see their faces and hear those voices when they're singing along.” On Monday (11/5) Kenny is scheduled to attend an industry-only event to celebrate the No. 1 success of “Don’t Blink.” And he’s slated to perform on the CMA Awards on Wednesday (11/7), where he’s nominated for Entertainer of the Year, as well as Male Vocalist, Video (“You Saved Me”) and Vocal Event with Tracy Lawrence and Tim McGraw for “Find Out Who Your Friends Are.”
