Kenny Chesney is claiming the No. 1 spot for the third consecutive week with his single “Somewhere With You."

Chesney holds the top spot on both the Country Aircheck/Mediabase and Billboard chards. Just behind him is new father Keith Urban with "Put You In A Song" and Grammy nominee Chris Young with "Voices."

The song's lyrics captured Chesney's attention and eventually led him to record it.

"I love the line of this song where [it says], 'I can't go out every night of the week/I can't go home with anybody I meet/And it's just a temporary high/'Cause when I close my eyes/I'm somewhere with you,'" Chensey said. "Anybody that has been in a relationship associates certain places or certain things or certain music, food, whatever, back to that person."

"Somewhere With You" comes from Chesney's latest album “Hemingway’s Whiskey,” which also includes the album's first No. 1 “The Boys of Fall.”

Miranda Lambert and Ronnie Dunn recently announced both Chesney's album and its first single is nominated for Academy of Country Music Awards for Album of the Year and Single Record of the Year.

Chesney is also celebrating his “Goin’ Costal” tour, which begins March 17 in West Palm Beach, Fla.
