Kenny Chesney, Taylor Swift, Others Find Their Way Into Forbes Celebrity 100

Forbes recently released its Celebrity 100 list containing a number of popular Country stars. Kenny Chesney, Toby Keith, Rascal Flatts, Taylor Swift and Keith Urban all found spots on the list along with several other artists.

 

Forbes’ list takes into account more than just the wealth of celebrities, spanning out to include their respective roles in four different areas of the media, including TV/radio, press, the Internet and social media. The criteria for the list helps to better outline artist influence and notoriety with the public.

 

The criteria helped to land Swift a spot at No. 12, specifically in the area of social media, in which she ranked No. 3. Chesney ranked in at No. 54 and Rascal Flatts slipped into No. 62. The three Country artists were not alone, accompanied by Toby Keith at No. 62 and Keith Urban at No. 76.
