Kenny Chesney iPhone App Now Available for Free Download

Among many features, the app lets the user go to the box office and buy tickets, have access to photo galleries and receive exclusive news and updates. In addition, a No Shoes Radio component provides an extensive Kenny Chesney playlist and Chesney’s personal music mix, featuring live cuts, song demos, favorite records and backstage commentary with the Country singer. 

 

“So, I decided rather than be first, I'd take some time and create something that gives the fans the most comprehensive application we could create. And I wanted it to be free for them, just to say thanks for being part of all of this!” Chesney said.

 

Nashville-based design and innovation team Drew Burchfield, Kurt Nelson and Tyler Seymour, who were responsible for the Bonaroo app, started from scratch to create Chesney’s iPhone app.

 

“When Kurt and Drew said, 'What would like it to do?,' I said, 'Everything…,' because that's the point of an iPhone app: take the things an iPhone can do and let it bring your music alive for the people who love it," Chesney said. "What they came back with was… well… as I said when they showed me the final version… awesome… cause it was.”
