Kellie Pickler Hits The Today Show

The Today Show will have a special guest on Tuesday, Sept. 30, with an appearance from Kellie Pickler. Pickler will showcase the release of her new self-titled album. She also debuted her first album, Small Town Girl, on the show, which has sold nearly 800,000 copies.Pickler is excited about the opportunity to return to the show and talk about her new album.“The last time I was on the show they were doing a pet adoption segment and a Chihuahua peed on me,” said Pickler in a statement. “I can’t wait to find out what the next adventure will be. Seriously, I’m so proud of this album, and I can’t wait to share it.”The next few months should be busy for Pickler with the release of her album and an appearance on Dick Clark’s Rockin’ New Year’s. She’s also set to hit the road with Sugarland in October and November. She’ll be in good company with the duo, as they're one of this year’s nominees for CMA Entertainer of the Year.Kellie Pickler features her current single, "Don't You Know You're Beautiful," which has been climbing the charts. Other songs on the album include "Best Days of Your Life," co-written with Taylor Swift, and "I Just Want Somebody To Love Me."
