Keith, Nicole Selling Nashville Home, Buying Farm

Betts Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman have put their suburban Nashville home up for sale, and have found land for a farm in the Nashville area, according to The Tennessean. “They're very excited about moving into their new place," Keith's spokesperson is quoted as saying. In 2005, Keith bought a 7,000-square-foot home in a gated community for $1.7 million. The four-bedroom, five-bath home, built in 2004, is now on the market for $2.45 million. The 10-room house also has a pool and spa. LeAnn Rimes and her husband live in the neighborhood. Nicole recently told Vanity Fair that she and Keith wanted property in Tennessee where they could have plenty of space and room for horses.
