Taylor Swift had one good and one bad surprise Sunday night at the MTV Music Awards.
After a huge win as the MTV Music Award's Best Female Video, Taylor Swift was on stage giving her acceptance speech when Kanye West stormed onstage and grabbed the microphone.
West ranted that Beyonce should have won the award for Best Female Video as Taylor stood by in shock.  Kanye, who took the microphone from Swift and said, "I'm really happy for you, I'm gonna let you finish, but Beyoncé had one of the best videos of all time," as the crowd howled and booed and Beyoncé looked on in shock. "One of the best videos of all time!" The show quickly cut to a prerecorded segment.
The crowd went silent at West's remarks but then after a moment of silence gave Swift a standing ovation.
Taylor later showed what a resilient entertainer she is, performing the song she won a video award for, "You Belong To Me", starting at the 42nd Street subway station.
Taylor's comment to the press was, "I was excited to be onstage because I just won the award. And then I was excited that Kanye West was onstage. Then, I wasn't excited anymore,"
According to MTV.com, West "flipped off" the crowd after they went to the taped segment.
In the end though Beyonce, who won the top award at the end of the show, gave Taylor a chance to come back onstage.
