Newest country sensation Jypsi is making quite a splash on the internet.

Jypsi will be featured for the entire month of March on Clear Channel’s “Artist to Watch” program, which features the band’s big single “I Don’t Love You Like That.”

Also, the country music band was featured in a recent article on Entertainment Weekly’s EW.com. The article’s author, Chris Willman, said that fans might “hear echoes of Linda Ronstadt in her early Stone Ponys days.”  He also described Jypsi's music as “bluegrass-informed country with rock & roll spirit.”

Although their success has been recent, Jypsi itself is not. The band members, which consists of three sisters and a brother ranging in age from 16 to 26, have been playing together since the youngest, Lillie Mae, was only three.

The country music group's first album will be available for digital download on April 8, with the physical album coming out May 27. For more about Jypsi, you can check out their page at www.myspace.com/jypsi.
