Julianne Hough Thanks Fans For ACM Win

It was an emotional evening for Julianne Hough on Sunday when she accepted the fan-voted award for Top New Artist.
While accepting the award at the ACM Awards on Sunday, Hough graciously thanked her fans that have supported her all the way back to her two Dancing With the Stars victories.
“They have been the ones that have supported me and given me courage and belief to keep going,” Hough said. 
The tears started to flow as Kristian Bush of Sugarland hugged Hough after her win, officially welcoming the newcomer to Country music.  All Hough could say was that the feeling was awesome. 
Her biggest influence was her parents who placed both Julianne and her brother Derek in as many programs as they could while growing up.  Anything the kids wanted to do, their parents believed in them, wanting only for them to succeed, according to CMT.com.
On Sunday, Hough succeeded in breaking into the Country music industry after receiving the top new artist. 
Though she was choked up after the awards, Hough admits to always being a grounded person and not very emotional.
"Out of everybody in my family, I keep it together. I'm the independent person who takes care of everybody else around me, and I'm like a little baby right now. I'm really glad I'm wearing a long dress because my legs are so shaky. I can't believe it! I'm just so excited!"
