Josh Turner Finds Fatherhood Funny

Country Music has more than one star with young babies at home. Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman made headlines this week with the birth of daughter Sunday Rose Kidman Urban.

 

Others with recent arrivals include Rascal Flatts guitarist Joe Don Rooney, Darryl Worley, Trent Tomlinson, Brad Paisley, Luke Bryan and Josh Turner, who welcomed Hampton Otis Turner in October 2006.

 

Josh recently talked about fatherhood while on GAC Nights: Live From Nashville. "My son, he’s about 20 months old now, and he’s got [quite] a vocabulary — or so he thinks, anyway. He’s learning new words every day, and it’s just mind-boggling how fast they grow and develop. He’s a comedian. He keeps us laughing."

 

Josh tours plenty, but he seems to keep his schedule limited to runs of three or four days, allowing him to spend plenty of time with Hampton and wife Jennifer. This weekend Josh will perform in Virginia and Ohio.
