Jo Dee Messina Supports "Restoring Honor"

The lovely and talented Jo Dee Messina will be taking part in the special Washington, D.C., event, "Restoring Honor Rally," to take place on Saturday, Aug. 28, on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial. The event, backed by conservative radio and TV host Glenn Beck, is a non-political fundraiser that will benefit the Special Operations Warrior Foundation.

In a press release this week, Messina said, "I’m thrilled to be a part of Restoring Honor. For me it’s all about honoring the men and women that serve this country."

The event will include speakers Glenn Beck, Sarah Palin, Marcus Luttrell and others.

The Special Operations Warrior Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides scholarships, grants and educational support to the surviving children of special operations personnel, as well as assistance to wounded special operations personnel and their families.
