Jessica Simpson Says She's Shy

Country and pop star Jessica Simpson told the Chicago Tribune that she’s genuinely a shy person, which may surprise those who have seen her in the public light. After success in a pop music career, appearances in movies and having her personal life paraded by the media, one might assume that she was an outgoing person.   “I am a very shy person, but I do believe that God has blessed me with a gift that I need to share,” Simpson told the Tribune. “I always wanted to be entertaining in some way. Whether it’s cooking dinner for a best friend or [onstage], I try to do it up right.”  Currently Simpson is excited about heading out on tour with Country superstars Rascal Flatts in January.  “I can’t wait to be a part of their show and let everyone know that I do actually sing, and I’m not just in tabloids,” said Simpson.
