Bates Back with a Bang

A familiar face to Country Music returns big. Jeff Bates’s self-titled album Jeff Bates debuts on the Country Music charts at #32, Billboard’s 2nd highest-charting New Album of the Week. This an achievement not only for Jeff Bates, but also for Black River Music Group, the new independent label who signed Bates after his time at RCA Records where he scored hits of “The Love Song,” “I Wanna Make You Cry,” and “Long Slow Kisses.” Bates’ first single from the album is “Don’t Hate Me for Loving You,” which is one of the 10 tracks Bates co-wrote for his new 13-song collection. Bates' latest album is in stores now.
