Jason-Aldean
To promote his newest album Wide Open, which includes the hit "She's Country," Jason Aldean will visit eight cities in eight days. He began with an appearance on the Academy of Country Music Awards in Las Vegas last night and will now be traveling to Minneapolis. Then, he will make his way to Chicago, Washington D.C., Baltimore, New York City, Atlanta and Charlotte. His appearances will include fan events and media appearances.

On April 10, Aldean will appear on NBC’s Today show, and then he will attend the opening game for the Atlanta Braves home season. As a baseball fanatic, Aldean will get to live his dream by throwing the first pitch at the game and sing the National Anthem.

On the album’s release day, Aldean will be featured in a one hour special on GAC titled Jason Aldean: Wide Open. The special took place at his sold-out Knoxville, Tenn., show last month, and it also takes place in Macon, Ga., Aldean’s hometown. On May 1, Aldean will play at Jimmy Kimmel Live’s outdoor concert series.

Aldean said, “I feel like with my first two albums, I was trying to dial in who I was as an artist and what my fans liked and expected to hear from me. Four years into it, I think understand that now, and I’m really just starting to hit my stride. I’m excited to see what happens in the next few weeks and months because I’m really proud of the new album.”
