The recently released "Jack Ingram’s Endurance Express," part of the Nike+ Workout Series, is sequenced with tracks from Ingram’s album, This Is It. Jack Ingram Workout Songs The workout, available via iTunes, will take listeners through one of Ingram’s 4-mile, pre-show training runs. The listener begins at a 9-minute per mile warm up pace up and increases to 7 minutes per mile, all with encouragement and direction from Ingram.
