Jack Ingram will release his latest single, "Seeing Stars," to radio this week. Ingram collaborated with close friend Patty Griffin for the song, which is the third single off Ingram's latest album, Big Dreams and High Hopes.
The coming-to-terms with the Lord song was co-written by Ingram and Grammy winning songwriter Chris Thompkins.
"The relationship with God or with Jesus or with anybody that you follow religiously -- it seems like we're all guilty of only keeping that relationship up when we're really in need," Ingram recently told CMT. "This song is admitting guilt to that. Like, 'I know I don't talk to You enough,' or 'I know I don't reach out enough when times are good. And now that times are bad, here I am again but I need some help.' You just go ahead and ask for it anyway."
Ingram will be in Los Angeles sometime this week filming the television debut of the single on the Late Late Show With Craig Ferguson. The show will air Monday, Oct. 5.  For a complete list of dates and details, visit www.jackingram.net
