Jack Black Takes on Grand Ole Opry

Film star and funny man Jack Black is headed for the Grand Ole Opry this weekend. Joining his father-in-law, jazz bassist Charlie Haden, on Saturday, Feb. 28, for a star-packed performance, Black appeared on Haden's 2008 album, Rambling Boy, CMT.com reported .The Opry show will also feature Ricky Skaggs, Del McCoury and Infamous Stringdusters along with Haden's crew, Sam Bush, Stuart Duncan, Mark Fain, Rob Ickes, Jim Mills and Bryan Sutton, many of whom appeared on the Haden record.Black performed the track "Old Joe Clark' on Rambling Boy, joining a host of family and friends on the album.Saturday's performers have amassed more than 30 Grammy awards and more than 50 International Bluegrass Music Association honors. Find out what the Big Dog thinks about this, read Webb's Woof.
