If You're Downloading This...Tim's No. 1 Again

8/15/2007 Stephen L. Betts Tim McGraw's "If You're Reading This" debuted at No. 1 on the Top Songs at iTunes, adding to Tim’s 11 tracks in iTunes’  top 100 sellers. The single has also returned Let It Go to the Top Album spot as well.   The song, which Tim first performed on the ACM Awards in May, is a tribute to fallen soldiers and their families. After several radio stations began airing a recording of the performance, Tim decided to release it as a single, and to add the song to new pressings of Let It Go, in addition to making the track available on iTunes. Tim’s  tour with wife Faith Hill wrapped last weekend. Later this year he’ll appear in the feature film, The Kingdom, with Jamie Foxx and Jennifer Garner.
