Keith Urban revealed an interesting tidbit into his psyche in a recent radio interview on GAC Nights: Live From Nashville.

Known for his upbeat and positive image, Urban commented on how he deals with feeling down in the dumps.

"There’s a satiation in reveling in the pity thing for a bit, and that’s fine. We all do it in varying degrees. Some people live in it, but I do it myself. I get caught up in it, and I enjoy being down and negative and dark and gloomy and depressing," Urban said. "It satiates me for a little while, and then it starts to really tick me off. But I think you’ve got to grieve it out, process it, yell it, scream it out, whatever you want to do, but then when you’re ready, move on."

Fans can move on with Urban as he travels to St. Paul, Minn., tonight for his Escape Together World Tour, with stops in Chicago and Green Bay, Wis., this weekend. Be sure to stop at www.keithurban.net and check out the new From the Road Blog.
