Hank Williams, Jr. Releases New Album Old School, New Rules

Hank Williams, Jr. received a wave of national media attention surrounding the release of his new studio album, Old School, New Rules on July 10 (Blaster Entertainment/Bocephus Records).
 
Hank performed on CBS This Morning’s “Second Cup Café” on Saturday, July 7 in the 8 am hour as well as FOX News Channel’s “Huckabee” Saturday, July 7 at 8 pm (and a repeat on Sunday) where he performed his current single, “That Ain’t Good.”
 
CMT debuted Hank’s “Live from Nashville” on Monday, July 9, GAC speaks to Hank for “On the Streets” airing July 17, and Walmart’s “Soundcheck” Series begins broadcasting a stellar performance from Hank and his band in stores across the nation beginning this week.  He’ll also be featured on FOX 411’s “Country Roundup.”
 
Look for coverage of Old School, New Rules in People Magazine, Entertainment Weekly, USA Today, Washington Post, AP, Country Weekly on July 16 (July 9 street date), and the October issue of Cowboys & Indians (on newsstands August 28).
 
Blaster Entertainment/Bocephus Records along with Hank Williams, Jr. continues the “Free Music for a Free America” campaign through Friday, July 13, giving away free copies of Williams’ new single, “That Ain’t Good.”
 

The 12-song package, Old School, New Rules is available now. It includes a duet with Brad Paisley on “I’m Gonna Get Drunk And Play Hank Williams” as well as a new duet with the legendary Merle Haggard on his classic “I Think I’ll Just Sit Here and Drink.” Williams’ first single in several years, “That Ain’t Good”, has been shipped to radio with a companion video that recently debuted at No. 1 on CMT.com.
