Hammer Time for Musicians on Call

Betts   Musicians On Call (MOC) is giving country music fans the opportunity to bid on one-of-a-kind celebrity items like a Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman- autographed guitar, Carrie Underwood concert tickets and meet-and-greet passes, an autographed Toby Keith cowboy hat, autographed guitars from artists such as Kenny Chesney, Miranda Lambert, George Strait, Tim McGraw, Little Big Town, Bon Jovi, Jars of Clay, Wynonna, Blake Shelton, Phil Vassar, Montgomery Gentry, Dierks Bentley, and LeAnn Rimes, plus items from Sugarland, Brooks & Dunn, Martina McBride, Gretchen Wilson and Alan Jackson, among countless others. The online auction, in conjunction with the organization’s 4th Annual Benefit Concert and Auction in New York on Jan. 29, will raise funds and awareness for the nonprofit organization, which brings live and recorded music to the bedsides of patients in healthcare facilities.  Music fans are encouraged to bid on items from their favorite artists by visiting the Musicians on Call website from Jan. 22 through Feb. 7.  Other items up for bid include the high heels worn by Julie Roberts on her Men & Mascara album cover, an “intimate acoustic concert” from Keni Thomas, framed hand written lyrics for “The Gambler” and “She’s In Love with the Boy,” plus items from Bruce Springsteen, Sting, the New York Rangers and The Late Show with David Letterman. To date, through their programs operating in Nashville, New York and Pennsylvania, MOC has served over 95,000 individuals through Bedside Performances utilizing both local musicians and national celebrities.
