For its 85th birthday, the world’s longest running live radio show is giving its fans a big present. The Grand Ole Opry will launch a mobile app available for download on iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad and Android devices.

 
The app will keep fans connected to the legendary Country show by offering Opry member biographies, notifications about special offers and breaking news, chances to hear the live broadcast of the show and much more.
 
The Opry’s 85th birthday celebration will run through October and feature performances by stars like Dolly Parton, Taylor Swift, Trace Adkins, Jimmy Wayne, Crystal Gayle, Charlie Daniels Band, George Jones, The Judds and Blake Shelton, who will become the Opry’s newest inductee on Oct. 23.
