Rising Country group Gloriana has been nominated for the T-Mobile Country Breakthrough Artist Award for the upcoming 2009 American Music Awards, which is scheduled to air live Nov. 22 at the NOKIA Theater in Los Angles. The Zac Brown Band has also been nominated for the same award.
Starting Monday, Oct. 19, fans can begin submitting votes for the group via www.amavote.com.
Still fresh off the success from their self-titled debut album, Gloriana just released their second single, "How Far Do You Wanna Go?" The group will see more stage time when they go on the road next year alongside Kellie Pickler opening for Taylor Swift on her Fearless 2010 tour.  They were asked to return to her tour after receiving rave reviews and great success from her 2009 Fearless tour.
“It has been an amazing year so far and it only keeps getting better. Thank you to everyone who has shown us so much support, including Taylor who has asked us to go on the road again – we are unbelievably excited,” said bandmember Rachel Reinert.
