Gloriana Releases Olympic-Sized Single

American Music Award-winning Country band Gloriana released their new single, “The World Is Ours Tonight,” from the AT&T Team USA Soundtrack for the 2010 Winter Olympic Games. The single is now available for airplay and can be purchased at iTunes. When purchased through Feb. 28, all proceeds will go to Team USA.

The group recorded, “The World Is Ours Tonight” exclusively for the soundtrack, but after such a positive response from fans, decided the song would also serve as their next single. Glorina’s recorded music video premiered during the broadcasts of the Winter Olympic Games on NBC, along with videos from Rascal Flatts, Mariah Carey and 3 Doors Down. “The World Is Ours Tonight” video can also be seen on both CMT and GAC.
Gloriana are also the first Country performers to participate in Channel One News’ “Hear it Now” music program, where they are featured as an emerging artist. Channel One News reaches nearly six million teens through their daily satellite news broadcast to eight thousand middle and high school classrooms across the nation, which totals to 25 percent of all U.S. teens each day.
