New Country group Gloriana is headed to Los Angeles for this weekend’s 2009 American Music Awards. The group is up for the T-Mobile Breakthrough Artist Award, competing against Lady GaGa, Keri Hilson and Kid Cudi.

The T-Mobile Breakthrough Artist Award is the only award where fans can text in their votes and continue to vote during the show by going to http://abc.go.com/shows/american-music-awards/breakthrough. The AMAs will be broadcast live from the NOKIA Theatre on Sunday, Nov. 22, at 8 p.m. EST on ABC.

For fans who want to see more of Gloriana, the Country group can be seen CMT.com on Tuesday, Nov. 24, for their intimate Studio 330 performance. Last month Gloriana, who recently released their second single, “How Far Do You Wanna Go?,” taped the CMT special in Nashville as well as a GAC special. The GAC premiere of Introducing: Gloriana, an exclusive 30-minute TV special, will premiere on GAC Wednesday, Dec. 2, at 9 p.m. CST.
