Country Music group Gloriana is on the ballot for the 2010 Teen Choice Awards for Choice Music: Country Group. Voting begins today at www.teenchoiceawards.com and is open to anyone between the ages of 13-19.

Fans can vote once a day until Aug. 6, then the votes are tallied and the 12th Edition of the Teen Choice Awards will be filmed on Sunday Aug. 8, at Los Angeles’ Gibson Amphitheatre. FOX will air the program the following day, Monday, at 8 p.m. EST.

Gloriana has enjoyed a plethora of recent popularity, including being featured on the AT&T Team USA soundtrack for the 2010 Winter Olympics and a nomination for a CMT Music Award for Group Video of the Year.

Formed in the winter of 2007 by brothers Tom and Mark Gossin, Gloriana won two fan-voted 2010 ACM Awards for Top New Vocal Group and Breakthrough Artist of the year. Their 2009 self-titled album debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard Country Album Chart and No. 3 on the Billboard Top 200, leading the group to be the best-selling debut Country group in 2009.

“We are just so blown away and excited by this nomination for a Teen Choice Award,” said vocalist Cheyenne Kimball. “It’s amazing to be recognized for doing what we love and adore, especially by all the teens who have shown us so much support and continue to show us support – this is just such an honor – thank you.”

Gloriana will kick off their Long Hot Summer Tour 2010 in Grand Junction, Colo., on June 24 at Country Jam USA. Dates for the tour can be found at www.gloriana.com.
