Garth Opens Country Radio Seminar

1/7/2008 Stephen L. Betts   Garth Brooks will make a special appearance at the opening session of this year’s Country Radio Seminar. CRS-39 kicks off on Wednesday, March 5 at the Nashville Convention Center. During the event, Garth will answer audience-submitted questions. Nashville radio personality Gerry House, morning show host at WSIX-FM, will conduct the interview and moderate the discussion. After the interview, one CRS attendee will be chosen to sing a duet with Garth, duetting with him on a song from his extensive, record-breaking catalog. Country Radio Seminar is a three-day convention and trade show bringing together nearly 1,000 delegates from country radio with 1,000 music industry professionals. Radio attendees include Program Directors, General Managers, Promotion Managers, Sales Executives and Air Talent. CRS-39 closes on Friday, March 7 with the New Faces show, featuring performances by Taylor Swift, Luke Bryan, Jason Michael Carroll, Bucky Covington, and Jake Owen.
