8/3/2007 Stephen L. Betts Kellie Coffey had a 2001 hit with "When You Lie Next To Me," and was the Academy of Country Music's Top New Female of 2003, shortly after which she split with her label, RCA.  The new mom has just returned to music with an independent project titled Walk On, produced by Wayne Kirkpatrick (Little Big Town). Eleven of the albums 12 tracks were co-written by Kellie, and the video for the first single, "I Would Die for That," has received more than 75,000 hits in four weeks on YouTube. "We wrote songs about our life experience and what moved us," Kellie says. "It was probably the purest creative experience of my life." Kellie's own struggles with infertility inspired "I Would Die for That" and the accompanying video is garnering worldwide attention from couples who can relate to the subject matter. "I've been humbled by the response and stories I've been told. This song is giving a voice to women and couples who are struggling to have a baby."
