Eric Church Wins Fishing Tournament

Eric Church likes to sing about fishing, but he proved he can really do it this past Tuesday. Eric and his partners, ESPN's NASCAR correspondent Marty Smith and champion marksman Bill McGuire, placed first in this year's Porter Wagoner Memorial Artists & Anglers Fishing Tournament on Percy Priest Lake, netting over 18 pounds of bass.
"In just this one instance, I'll allow for a lyric change to 'largemouth bass have got me hooked,'" Church said in reference to the line about smallmouth bass from his current single "Love Your Love the Most." "Or maybe we could just say that, right now, I love the whole species."
